I would like to extend my extreme thanks for your help in introducing me to the needs and preferences of  the Vegan/Vegetarian consumer.  Chipotle BBQ sietan burritos and scrambled tofu burritos were important additions to our menu. I was not only pleasantly surprised by their popularity, but I was dependent on the incremental business that they brought.
